Calm Exhibition
Pieces from my calm exhibition, showing my textile journey over the past year, exploring my natural surroundings through local natural dyes and working with natural fibre. Showing the positive impact being in nature and creating can have on our mental well being, bringing calm.

Teardrop to Growth
Teardrops to Growth reflects on my creative journey through a difficult time. Being out in and working with nature has given me a calm focus to grow as an artist. Slowing down while I gather and work with plant material, learning how different materials react to the work of my hands.
This piece was published in Gathered Strands, a Fibre Arts Take Two student exhibition.

Winter Husk
Autumn walks brought the joy of foraging sweet chestnuts which inspired Winter Husk. Working with British natural fibres and foraged materials, this three-dimensional piece reflects a care for nature while highlighting its usefulness in creating beautiful work.
This piece was exhibited at Fox Yard Studio, Nature In Mind exhibition.
Spring Equinox
Held In The Light and Tangled Light explore the Spring equinox as a threshold - a moment off balance ready for new growth. Woven from gathered plant materials and natural dyed British wool, each piece holds both structure and openness. Light is caught, held, and made visible through the waves casting shadows. These pieces speak of emergence of what is protected and what begins to stir.
These pieces were exhibited at Fox Yard Studio, Spring Equinox exhibition.
